Privacy Policy

Last updated August 11, 2026

This policy explains what information Ordeg Capital collects through this website, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the choices available to you.

Draft — pending review by counsel. This document has not been legally reviewed and must not be relied upon in its current form.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to ordegcapital.com and to information you submit through it. Ordeg Capital arranges commercial real estate financing; this policy covers the website itself rather than the separate engagement documents that govern an active transaction.

Ordeg Mortgages, Ordeg Insurance, and JMS Accounting Services are separate companies with their own websites and their own privacy practices. Engaging one of them is never a condition of working with Ordeg Capital, and this policy does not speak for them.

2. Information you give us

The deal intake form on our contact page asks for the information we need to give you a useful first response. You choose how much of it to complete; only your name, email address, the type of capital you need, and the asset type are required.

  • Name, company or ownership entity, email address, and phone number
  • The type of capital you are seeking and the asset class involved
  • Property location, the amount of capital needed, and your timeline
  • Whatever you choose to write in the free-text field describing the deal

3. Deal documents and confidential materials

Please do not send rent rolls, operating statements, tax returns, personal financial statements, or identity documents through the website form. When a transaction reaches the point of needing those materials, we will arrange a secure channel for them.

Materials you share with us in the course of a transaction are treated as confidential. They are used to underwrite and place your financing and are not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes by anyone.

4. Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server request data — IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and timestamps — as part of delivering and securing the site.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. After you accept the cookie notice, we set one functional cookie (ordeg_cookie_consent) so the banner stays dismissed. We do not store anything in local or session storage. The debt service coverage calculator runs entirely in your browser; the figures you type into it are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

If we add website analytics in the future, this policy will be updated before those tools are deployed.

5. How we use information

We use what you submit to review your deal, respond to you, and — if you engage us — to underwrite the transaction, prepare it for capital partners, and carry it through to closing.

  • Reviewing and responding to a submission
  • Underwriting a transaction and preparing materials for it
  • Communicating with you about a deal that is in process
  • Meeting our legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations
  • Protecting the security and integrity of our systems

6. When information is shared

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

When you engage us to place a financing, the deal materials necessary to underwrite it are shared with prospective capital providers as part of that process. That is the service; it happens in the ordinary course of an engagement and under the confidentiality expectations of the transaction.

We also use service providers — hosting, email, and business software — that process information on our behalf under contract. And we will disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

7. How long we keep it

Submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to them and, where a transaction follows, for the life of the engagement plus the period our legal and record-keeping obligations require. Materials that are no longer needed for either purpose are disposed of.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — which is the reason for the request in section 3 about sensitive documents.

9. Your choices

You can decline to provide any information, though we may not be able to evaluate a deal without enough of it. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, subject to the records we are required to keep.

You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.

10. Visitors outside the United States

Ordeg Capital operates from Florida and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you are submitting from another country — including the Latin American markets many of our clients operate from — the information you send will be transferred to and handled in the United States, where privacy laws differ from those in your own jurisdiction.

11. Children

This site is intended for commercial real estate professionals and investors. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and our practices change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.

Questions about this policy, or a request regarding your information, can be sent through the contact page. A dedicated privacy contact will be published here once it is established.
