You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this site is the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and Ordeg Capital regarding use of this site, and they do not modify any signed engagement agreement between us.
